Terms & Conditions
1. Payment and Terms:
(a) To Pay 80% of the contract value as advance along with approved drawing offer/work order.
(b) To pay the remaining 20% of the contract value before delivery
2. Additional Work: Bill will be added on any additional works (if any)
3. Delivery: Standard cost will be charged at the project within Dhaka and additional charges will be applicable on at actual basis on delivery requirements outside Dhaka City.
4. VAT: As per government rules and regulations (Excluded.)
5. Period of Supply: After paying the advance, within 45 working days from the date of site clearance to start production, Supply may be delayed due to natural disasters and political unrest in the country.
6. Warranty: Six months warranty for any kind of manufacturing fault.
7. Compensation: for any massive change in design during implementation compensa- tion will be applicable.
8. Bill of Quantity (BOQ): Quoted quantity and items may vary after final work.
9. Validity of Offer: 10 days from the date of the offer.
10.Validity of Price: The price offered may change if Govt.Duty/Tax policy, foreign exchange rate changes.
11. Accommodation of our labours will be carried by the buyer if the site is out of Dhaka.

Delivery Policy
Product stock quantity
We manufacture our furniture ourselves, so it's not possible to keep a specific quantity of any product in stock. If a product is unavailable, we take time to produce it based on the customer's requirements.
Delivery Methods:
We offer various delivery methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and digital delivery, depending on the nature of the product.
Delivery Time:
Inside Dhaka - 3 days & Outside Dhaka - 8 to 10 days
Shipping Addresses:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions:
Some products or services may have shipping restrictions based on geographic location or local regulations. Customers are responsible for checking and complying with these restrictions before placing an order.
Delivery Confirmation:
Upon successful delivery, customers will receive a confirmation email with relevant details, including tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers can cancel an order within 3 days from the order date to receive a full refund.
Any cancellation request made after 3 days will incur a 100% charge of the invoice value.
Cancellation of an order after delivery is not permitted.
Order Cancellation by Trident Furniture: In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances arise, Trident Furniture reserves the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will refund you in full.
Exchange of Product:
No exchange of products is allowed once an order is confirmed and processed.
